It’s a week I look forward to all year: tour guide summit week in Washington State. So many wonderful people, sharing this lucky career, and an employer I believe in.
I had a delicious meal in this sidewalk cafe in Brussels. The rain only added to it all.
So I’ll be learning and sharing and laughing a lot these next 9 days. But not much sleep. And nearly no free time. So the next few posts will be photos that have been lingering on my computer, unused, but in which I find some version of beauty, and a post link for each place.

Awe, sounds fun! Wish I could have attended the two days, meeting and learning from all the guides. Would especially enjoyed listening in on travel info to Spain, Greece, Brussels and Portugal since those countries will be my next destinations!

All very good choices! Let me know if you have any questions. With that list, you can’t go wrong, though I’d say either Greece or a Spain/Portugal trip would be your best fit.

How was Edmonds? Lots of travel junkies and good times?
It popped up on my calendar, I put a reminder in my phones months ago. All I could think about was you and the others on “the best trip ever!” I was consumed with sadness knowing I wasn’t going to be able to attend. I feel so fortunate that I had such wonderful times in Europe with not only the “best group ever” but also the “best guide ever!”

You have a very good reason for not being there, so no worries, though you were missed! Our Romeo & Juliet couple was there, as were a couple of my California neighbors. We all wish you only the best in your new corner of the country!
